Product Description:

All-Dielectric Self-Supporting (ADSS) fiber optic cable is engineered for outdoor aerial deployment across medium to long spans. Featuring a rugged double-sheath construction and high-tensile aramid yarn strength members, this cable is designed to be installed on poles and towers without the need for separate messenger wires or metallic supports . Its completely dielectric (non-metallic) composition makes it ideal for installation in the vicinity of high-voltage power lines, as it is immune to electromagnetic interference and requires no grounding.

Robust Double-Sheath Construction: Features a dual-layer jacket system (PE inner sheath and PE or AT outer sheath) for enhanced protection. The double-sheath design provides superior resistance to UV radiation, moisture ingress, abrasion, and harsh weather conditions, ensuring long-term reliability .

High-Strength Aramid Yarn Reinforcement: Multiple layers of aramid yarn are applied over the inner sheath to provide the necessary tensile strength for self-supporting installation. This non-metallic strength member handles the mechanical load of the cable across long spans while maintaining complete dielectric properties .

Gel-Filled Loose Tube Design: Fibers are loosely housed in gel-filled tubes made of high-modulus plastic, providing excellent isolation from mechanical stress and preventing water penetration. The tubes are stranded around a central FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) strength member for additional structural integrity .

Track-Resistant (AT) Sheath Option: For installations on high-voltage power lines (typically ≥110kV), an optional Anti-Tracking (AT) outer sheath is available to prevent electrical erosion and ensure long-term safety .

Optical Fiber Options: Compatible with single-mode fibers (G.652D, G.655, G.657A) and multimode fibers (OM1, OM2, OM3, OM4) to meet diverse transmission requirements.
